SUBDIVISION, CLOSURE AND PERMANENT DEPARTURE: ERVEN 6763, 16463 AND 16464, MOSSEL BAY

Detailed description of proposal: Application is being made for the following in terms of the relevant Sections of the By-Law on Municipal Land Use Planning of Mossel Bay Municipality, 2021, re. a portion of Erf 6763 and Erven 16463 and 16464, Mossel Bay, as shown on Plan No. MB/DH/201-2:

1. Subdivision of Erf 6763 in terms of Section 15.(2)(d) into two portions, viz.:

1.1 Unregistered Erf 23725 (Figure a, b, c, d, a – on Plan No. MB/DH/201-2) = ±57 m²; and

1.2 Remainder Erf 6763 = ±2.1257ha.

2. Closure of a Public Open Space, viz. unregistered Erf 23725 (portion of Erf 6763) in terms of Section 15.(2)(l); and

3. Permanent Departure in terms of Section 15.(2)(b) to allow for a building line relaxation along boundary b, a, d, c, f, e for the proposed newly created Erf 23727 from 2.0m to 0.0m for an existing deck.
