A section of Ryk Tulbagh Street from the junction with Da Gama Street at the hospital up to 9th Avenue towards the Central Business District will be closed with effect from Monday, 30 May 2016, until further notice.
 
The closure is related to the construction of a new traffic circle in Da Nova.
 
The detour routes to Da Gama Street at the affected section will be via Sholtz Street, Diaz Street and Ninth Avenue. Detour signs, which will clearly indicate the detour routes, will be placed at important intersections in the area.
 
Road users are advised to observe the advance detour signs and are requested to exercise extreme caution and patience when travelling through the construction work zone.
