As stated in the letter accompanying your approved plan, it is the responsibility of the owner (or his representative – contractor) to notify the Building Inspector of inspections at least 2 days prior to the intended inspection date:

Please note, that not allowing a Building Control officer onto your property is an offence and can be fined.
