MOSSEL BAY PROPERTY NEWS - The Mossel Bay Town Council adopted the Architectural Design Guideline Manual at their monthly meeting on Wednesday, 23 September.
 
The Guideline Manual will address many aspects of the built environment and touch on aspects such as architectural heritage and advertising/signage.
 
It will be used by the municipality, with the assistance from the aesthetics committee when assessing building plan applications. As such, it will be available to architects, draughtsman and developers to design and plan accordingly.
 
The guideline manual is intended to complement the future development of the built environment within a defined area and is intended for use by building professionals who intend to develop land, or alter or renovate existing buildings.
