TENDER 4/2012: MOSSEL BAY: VOORBAAI SEWAGE PUMP STATION: CASTING OF NEW CONCRETE FLOOR FOR RETENTION DAM AND AUXILIARY WORKS
Tenders are hereby invited from contractors with a CIDB grading of 2CE or higher for the casting of new concrete floor for the Retention Dam and auxiliary works in Voorbaai, Mossel Bay.
Aset of fully completed tender documents must be submitted on the original documents and remain valid for 90 days after the closing date of the tender. A set of tender documents can be obtained at a non-refundable cost of R375, including VAT. Tender documents can only be obtained at the compulsory site meeting which will take place at 10:00 on Thursday, 23 February 2012at the Municipal Offices, Witwatersrand Road, Hartenbos. All partners of a Joint Venture must attend this compulsory meeting. All payments must be done prior to the site meeting and no payment will be accepted after the site meeting.
Documents will only be handed to prospective bidders who produce a receipt for the payment of the tender document. Payments must be made by crossed cheque payable to the Mossel Bay Municipality. Additional sets of tender documents are available at a cost of R375 per set. Tender documents must be reserved not later than 12h00 on Tuesday, 21 February 2012 with Ms Sonette Alberts at (044) 691-2305.
A set of fully completed tender documents must be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box on the Lower Ground floor (seaside) at the Mossel Bay Municipality by not later than 12:00 on Friday, 9 March 2012 or be mailed to reach the Tender Box, Mossel Bay Municipality, PO Box 25, Mossel Bay, 6500 before the specified closing date and time. The envelopes must be endorsed clearly with the number, title and closing date of the tender as above.
