CLOSED QUOTATION:T06-01/12: SUPPLY AND ERECTION OF DIAMOND WIRE MESH FENCE AT LITTLE BRAK RIVER WATER TREATMENT WORKS, LITTLE BRAK RIVER
Closed written quotations are hereby invited from contractors with a 1GB/1CE or higher CIDB grading for the supply and erection of diamond wire mesh fence at Little Brak River Water Treatment Works, Little Brak River.
The specifications can be obtained at the compulsory site inspection that will be held at 09:00 on Friday, 10 February 2012 at the Little Brak River Water Treatment Works, Little Brak River (next to Power Town).
Written quotations must be submitted on original documents and remain valid for 90 days after the closing date of the quotation. Enquiries about the quotation can be addressed to Mr Shane de Bruyn at telephone (044) 606-5245.
Fully completed quotations must be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box on the Lower Ground floor (seaside) at the Municipality by not later than 12:00 on Friday, 17 February 2012 or be mailed to reach the Tender Box, Mossel Bay Municipality, PO Box 25, Mossel Bay, 6500 before the specified closing date and time. The envelope must be endorsed clearly with the name and closing date of the invitation to quote as above. A certified copy of their most recent account of the municipality in which the business is registered must also accompany the quotation.
The closed quotations will be evaluated on the 80/20 Preference Points system as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2011.
